Johnny Martin has worked in the field of law enforcement/safety and security for over 35 years. He has be saved since he was a little boy and filled with the Holy Spirt from an early age. His prayer life developed from a prayer he prayed when he was just 13 that God answered. From there God commanded him to never stop praying no matter what situation or circumstances he found himself in and he never did. He and Yonii have been married for 28 years.

Alvaun Yonii Martin answered God’s call—choosing obedience over excuses. With over 15 years of professional experience in administrative leadership and a strong prophetic intercessory grace. Her leadership is quiet yet firm—grounded in faith, accountability, and action. Through Women Without Excuses, she equips women to confront the same patterns that once delayed her—so they can walk freely into their God-given purpose.
